We'll be gathering at Nashville's Centennial Park Pavilion at 10am for this Outdoor Worship Service and Church Picnic. It will be something different and a lot of fun! Worship in the park is followed by a picnic lunch and lawn games.
Where: Centennial Park Pavilion, 2500 West End at Natchez Trace Pkwy, Nashville, 37203
The Pavilion is near the corner of 28th Avenue North and Poston Avenue. It is adjacent to the Centennial Arts Activity Center, and just steps away from the children's playground. There is ample parking on 27th and 28th Aves N, Poston Ave and in the Centennial Arts parking lot.

Scripture: Mark 6:30-34, 53-56
Overview: Wherever Jesus went, large crowds of people joyfully followed. The crowds were like eager children awaiting the ice cream truck. The eagerness and enthusiasm of the people to see Jesus was matched by Jesus’ compassion for them.
Human Need: The thrill and anticipation we feel as children about the coming ice cream truck.
Community Challenge: Entering into the spirit of joy and enthusiasm of the crowds who followed Jesus.
