Day 23: Close Your Eyes and Picture 10 Things You Are Thankful For

Scripture Highlight:“Bless YHWH, my soul, and remember all God’s kindnesses!” —Psalm 103:2

Reflection:Taking time to visualize the blessings in your life can be a grounding and deeply meaningful practice. It’s easy to become so focused on daily challenges that we forget to acknowledge the many ways God’s goodness surrounds us. By intentionally recalling our blessings, we shift our perspective toward gratitude and deepen our connection with the Divine.

Psalm 103 reminds us to praise God not just for the big miracles but also for the daily, sustaining gifts of life. When we name these gifts, whether they’re relationships, health, beauty in nature, or moments of joy, we create space in our hearts for thanksgiving. Gratitude is transformative; it reorients our hearts and minds toward hope and abundance, reminding us of God's unwavering faithfulness.

As you close your eyes today, let each thing you’re grateful for come to mind. Picture them clearly, one by one, and let the joy of these blessings wash over you. This practice isn’t just about gratitude—it’s a form of worship, a way to honor the Creator who lovingly provides for us.
